As part of building community cohesion: Thru “Anti-racism and anti-discrimination project:”  The Agency tackles inequality by promoting Equality and Rights: Thru  providing staff for a listening, recording and advocacy service for victims of discrimination, anti-Semitism, Islamophobia, Racism, Ageism, Sexism and Misogyny, whether in services delivery or Psychological or physical attacks. The Agency listens to victims and where appropriate will sign-post or encourage and support victims to report the crimes to the Police or take legal action through law firms. The agency carries-out research in this area and will publish finding to assist legislation.

To prevent discrimination the Agency carries-out education programmes, supporting employers, organisations, Colleges/Universities and Schools etc.
